Letter of Invitation
Upon request, the Secretariat of the 26th Annual Meeting of the European Society of Paediatric and Neonatal Intensive Care Meeting will e-mail a personal invitation to participants. An official invitation letter will be created and sent to you by e-mail within 5-7 working days.
This invitation is meant only to help visitors to raise travel funds or to obtain a visa, and is not a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any financial support.
Official letters of invitation designed to help overcome administrative difficulties in certain countries will be sent on request. It must be understood that such letters do not represent a commitment on the part of the Organising Committee or Meeting to provide any financial assistance. If you require an original letter, it is recommended that you send your request 2-3 months in advance to account for administration time for processing the request and delivery by post. Liability and Insurance
The Meeting Secretariat and Organisers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participant. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.
From 1st January 2015, the official Lithuanian Currency will be the Euro.
Safety and Security
Please do not leave bags or suitcases unattended at any time, whether inside or outside the session halls. Hotels strongly recommend that you use their safety deposit boxes for your valuables.
